Thank you for choosing Prime Jamaican Patties Mail Order Service. Our patties are freshly produced each day and then chilled or frozen, you can store your patties in your fridge for up to 9 days or place them in the freezer. Please read through the following notes below before you place your order – if you have any queries, don’t hesitate to email us on the contact page or call us on 0121 369 0667 between 8am - 8pm seven days a week. Patties Delivery

All our Jamaican Patties are delivered to your door chilled in a temperature controlled insulated box, for international orders, patties are pre-baked, frozen and delivered in a special insulated box. 

Ordering process 

• Email over Pattie order (patties are then baked on dispatch day in order for you to have maximum shelf life)
• Two days after order is placed, Patties will arrive (unless a designated day/date is requested for delivery)

You will also receive a tracking number from the courier allowing you to keep track or give specific drop off instructions. Please therefore ensure that there will be someone available to receive the delivery and get the Patties straight into a fridge or freezer.

Delivery Days

Our courier delivers WEDNESDAY to FRIDAYS  only, so please place orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays in order to receive that week.

If orders are placed Weds we cannot guarantee delivery that week, so please call to check. If orders are placed Thurs & Fri, patties will not be made and dispatched until the following week - to arrive for Wednesday or a designated day/date on your behalf.

We do not deliver weekends due to higher delivery cost's.

Orders can obviously be made in advance, if the Patties are for a special occasion or gift, please try and order as early as you can!

Patties Click & Collect

Go to store page and simply order online and select COLLECTION AT FACTORY in view basket. This is ideal if your local or if you’re in the area, the benefit to you is you can pick up at a time that suits you and you pay no postage costs for your Prime Jamaican Patties, they will also be already packed, chilled and ready for collection. E.g. order before mid-day Monday, items will be ready for collection at our premises under your name freshly baked the following day from 9.00am till close 4.30pm (1pm close Sat), address is unit 38 – 40 western business park, great western close, Birmingham B18 4QF. If you wanted to order but collect on a different day, please order online then contact us or Tel:0121 369 0667 stating your name and what day (Tues - Sat) you would like to collect.
